What is the Bravo Super Shake?

The Bravo Super Shake is a liposomal preparation that combines Bravo Probiotic Yogurt with essential amino acids, healthy oils, and lecithin to create a micronised emulsion. This process dramatically increases the contact surface area of all the peptides and proteins derived from fermentation — including GOleic and BAMLETs — making them readily absorbable.

Preparation Steps

Add Bravo Yogurt to Blender

Take 120 ml of Bravo Probiotic Yogurt after it has been produced and is ready to be drunk, and put it in a blender.

Add My Amino Tablets

Add 10 tablets of Dr Reinwald's My Amino. These introduce the same amount of protein that builds up the body as 350g of meat, fish or poultry — without producing glucose.

Add Oils

Add 1 teaspoon of hemp oil and ½ teaspoon of coconut oil. Flaxseed oil can also be used.

Add Lecithin

Add 1 teaspoon of good-quality lecithin, which helps in the natural formation of liposomes. Liposomes are used as a vehicle for administration of nutrients.

Add Fulvic Acid Minerals

Add a dropper of Fulvic Acid Multiminerals X350.

Optional Additions

Multivitamins or a few berries can also be added to improve flavour and to make the shake more palatable.

Add Liquid & Blend

Add coconut milk or water so you have 500 ml total. Rice milk or soy milk may also be used. Blend until a very homogeneous, smooth emulsion is produced.

Swirl & Consume

If possible, try not to swallow immediately. Keep the shake in the mouth for 60 seconds, swirling and gargling as if it were a mouthwash. The large contact surface area will enter in contact with the immune system cells in the mouth and pharyngeal ring, naturally activating and empowering the immune system.
