We ship worldwide and offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Within the Contiguous U.S.
Get FREE standard shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required. Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) and typically arrive within 2–5 business days from the date your order ships.
Outside the Contiguous U.S.
Shipping rates for destinations outside the contiguous U.S. are calculated at checkout based on your address. Canadian orders are shipped internationally via USPS and are not eligible for free shipping.

International Shipping
We ship internationally and will email you an exact shipping quote based on the weight of your order. We do not make any money on international shipping, we always try to find the lowest possible shipping rate for our customers.

Order Processing
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM CST are typically dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Product Stability During Shipping
Bravo probiotic powders are very stable and can be shipped without refrigeration. The 300+ probiotic strains remain viable throughout transit. However, to extend shelf life after receipt, we recommend storing the kit in the refrigerator (approximately 5°C / 41°F), away from humidity, in its original sealed envelope.
